A closer look at the work
Clothing manufacturing in China
Women’s wool and cashmere coats are our strongest product focus. Our photographed collection brings long, mid-length and shorter silhouettes together, supported by real material, hand-sewing and production details. Other clothing categories can be developed from your specific brief.
Real coat styles, original style numbers and product photography provide a starting point for selection. Exact composition, measurements, available colours and supply terms are confirmed for each order.
We welcome independent boutiques, showrooms, wholesalers, importers and private-label buyers. The conversation begins with your market, assortment and commercial requirements.
Choose an existing silhouette, bring your own pattern or sample, or supply fabric for us to make into garments. We bring fabric selection, sampling, production and finishing into one service, with the scope agreed for your collection.

The making, in detail
Our own workshop and hand-sewing photographs show the work behind the coats: cloth prepared for cutting, pieces at sewing stations, and edges joined and finished by hand. Use these views alongside a garment sample to discuss the construction your collection needs.

Hand-sewn coats are a TINGSU speciality. Our hand-sewing standard is 15 stitches per 3 cm. Review the join, thread tension and edge finish on the sample agreed for your style; temporary preparation stitches are shown separately in our craft story.

Edges, seams and inside finishing deserve the same consideration as the overall shape. Request the views or sample details your team needs to evaluate a style.
