This notice describes information used to respond to business inquiries submitted to TINGSU.

Information submitted

When you request a reply, we receive your chosen contact method and your email address or WhatsApp number, along with any question and style reference you provide and the website page where you submitted the request. A detailed inquiry may also include your name, company, country or market, estimated quantity and requirements. These details are sent to Formspree for delivery to TINGSU and used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the supply or development work you request. Requesting a reply does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Form service

Formspree processes the submission, including its own spam checks and service records. A confirmation means the form service accepted the request; it does not confirm when a notification email reaches an inbox. Please avoid payment details or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.

Email & WhatsApp

If you choose an email or WhatsApp link, the relevant app or provider handles that action. You review and send the message yourself.

Browser storage & analytics

The website includes no advertising cookies, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or remote fonts. The gallery and navigation work in your browser. After a full inquiry is accepted, a timestamp is kept for this tab's browser session to display its confirmation for 15 minutes. Quick contact requests show their confirmation on the same page. No name, email, phone number or enquiry content is saved to browser storage by these forms.

Retention & requests

For inquiries that do not lead to an order, we delete inquiry records 24 months after our last contact. Records relating to completed orders are retained as needed for the business relationship and applicable requirements. You may email [email protected] to request correction or deletion of your inquiry information.
